CoAbode Helps Single Mothers Find Roommates and Affordable Housing
Monday March 12, 2007
Of course, you can't begin rooming with just anyone. You'd need to find another single parent who shares your parenting philosophies and lifestyle. That's where the organization CoAbode can help.
CoAbode was founded on the principle that two single moms raising children together can achieve more than one struggling alone. They've developed a safe, secure Web site where you can create an onlie profile and search for other single moms in your desired zip code.

Co-Abode could be a wonderful resource once it reaches fighting weight. They should offer a free membership during their first months to bulk up their database before they start asking for donations. But I’ve been wishing I could find another family to share home life with. It would make things so much more cheerful.
Isn’t hard to have strangers at home when you have a small kid to raise?
You have to have the same values and is so hard that even with your own family.
I wish you luck in your search Christina
