Experts recommend that you allocate 18-20% of your total monthly income to the cost of food. However, it's easy to spend much more than that when you're at the grocery store. One way to save money on groceries is to walk into the store with a plan for what you're going to buy. In addition, planning your meals can help you avoid buying costly take-out food at the last minute. With a little planning, you'll be eating well and spending less on a regular basis!

Thanks for this awesome list! Some of the printable grocery lists on the web are 2-3 pages long! This one is perfect! Thanks ;0)
thanks for sharing this list. Excellent thinking and so helpful.
I really love this one. I love having a menu and it seems I always have a menu and a grocery list and this is all in one so I love that! Thank you!
Yum! I had just that amount of seasoning left. Added less tomato, but sauteed a zuchinni with the browning beef and chopped onion. This is delicious! Can be eaten for Sunday brunch or with a salad for weekday lunch.
Awesome template. Thank you!~v
