My Experience Filing for Child Custody in SC

I am trying to find out how long a temporary custody order is valid in South Carolina. My ex-wife failed to return my son, spitefully, falsely saying I abuse him. She was given temporary custody seven months ago. I'm waiting on a final hearing and haven't heard anything yet.
