The child custody evaluation process is enough to put any parent on edge. In fact, knowing that you're being observed may cause you to question some of the decisions you've made, or worry about how the evaluator will view you and your interactions with your children.
However, the best approach you can take is to simply be yourself. That doesn't mean being nonchalant about the interview and visit, of course, but it does mean being genuine and honest. Trust that being yourself will make all the warmth and love you have for your kids obvious.
