Do you have a group of friends that you meet with regularly for support, or do you attend a single parent support group in your community?
The next time you meet, include a coupon exchange. Not only will this allow you to swap unwanted coupons for ones that will be more valuable to you, but it will also give you a chance to share your best money-saving tips with one another.
And if you're not currently part of a formal support group, consider initiating your own coupon exchange at your child's school, your house of worship, or even the local library. It can be as simple as a coupon exchange shoe box, bulletin board, or file folder--and yet it can also be an effective tool for helping you, and those around you, save a bit more money at the grocery store.

One of the supermarkets in my town has a coupon exchange box. I think they instituted it because some people would leave coupons they didn’t need lying on the products in the grocery aisles, which was a convenient practice for shoppers but created a mess for store personnel.
That’s a great idea!
Great idea. I meet local moms at our local church and we will definitely include this next week. Thanks.
