There's a new rule at our house: snacks will be served at 10:00 am and 3:00 pm. Does that sound too regimented? So far, it's working out well. Otherwise, I find that my kids just ask for snack food constantly! Don't get me wrong. There are plenty of healthy snacks available, but I needed a system to cut down on the "junky" snacks they eat each day.
