Setting Up Regular Play Dates Can Help Parents Create More Free Time

The makers of Dove Chocolate announced last week that more than 50% of women say they're just too busy to find time for themselves. Does that sound familiar?

Have you considered swapping play dates with another parent to create small pockets of time for yourself? Give it a try this summer and continue the habit at least once a month to give yourself some time to unwind and relax. You'll be amazed at how even just two hours with "nothing to do" will restore mind and your soul!
